Super Bowl Squares And Other Games
Chances are someone at your office or Super Bowl party will ask whether you want to buy a Super Bowl square before the 49ers and Chiefs play in Super Bowl 54 in Miami on Sunday. It's a game of chance. The Super Bowl is right around the corner! Enjoy this free printable super bowl squares chart and instructions on how to play for 2020's game. Example of a Super Bowl Squares payout structure The most common way to structure the payout is one winner for each quarter (1st, 2nd and 3rd) and then a 4th winner for the final square. The payouts can either be equal, or increase in amount for each quarter, with the final score of the game winning the most. Super squares was a fun diversion between quarters, and since the ads are part of the game show, it barely felt like watching ads. It changed the way I watched the game and made every score change interesting, even when the game was clearly over. Absolutely recommend trying it out for the next big game!

How It Works
Super Bowl Squares is a game played on a 10x10 grid making up 100 squares. People can buy as many squares as they like.
Once you register and payment has been received, you can log in and pick your squares by clicking on them. Your initials will appear inside the squares you pick.
When all squares have been picked and before the big game starts, the numbers 0 through 9 will be randomly selected by a volunteer (I'll record the video) and assigned to each of the 10 columns and rows of the grid.
At the end of the 1st quarter, halftime, 3rd quarter, and final (after the completion of any overtime), the score of the game up to that point is recorded. A winner is determined by looking at the last number of each team's score and determining which square intersects those two numbers.
For example, if the Washington Redskins are playing the Houston Texans in the Super Bowl, and the score at halftime is Washington 24 and Houston 17, the winning square would be the one that has 4 for Washington and 7 for Houston.

Which Numbers are Best?
There have been 51 Super Bowls, so there have been a total of 204 quarters. The numbers that most frequently hit at the end of quarters are as follows (source):
- 0: 110 times (27.0%)
- 7: 80 times (19.6%)
- 3: 61 times (15.0%)
- 4: 46 times (11.3%)
- 6: 33 times (8.1%)
- 1: 24 times (5.9%)
- 9: 18 times (4.4%)
- 8: 16 times (3.9%)
- 2: 10 times (2.5%)
- 5: 10 times (2.5%)
Of course, there's nothing you can really do about it since numbers are chosen randomly.
After the numbers are chosen, we'll do the nerdy math before the game starts and determine how likely it is that you'll be a winner this year.
Good luck!
